Our goal is to create opportunities for participants to engage in having a career, not just a job. Our mission is to give back to our surrounding communities in the State of Oregon and Washington. We are proposing to work with the State of Oregon and Washington Workforce Centers Programs that include Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Title I and II Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth an individual Training Account (ITA), and the Department of Human Services (DHS). And with other community partners. By offering accredited billing and coding courses coupled with a wide range of community-based organizations that are experts in addressing barriers to employment. All courses are eligible for certification through URMBCSP, and American Medical Billing Association and VYNE Education.

Our Vision and Goals

Our short-term goal is to have all participants who are interested enroll in our Career Solution Program (CSP).

Our long-term goal is to provide supportive services to each participant as needed. Also, our long-term goal is to have two full-time classes. This is to ensure our participants' transition is successful and their job is secured. Our CSP is designed to create opportunities for participants to engage in having a career not just a job.
